The Transition Navigator is a front-line residential support role within a healing-focused transitional housing program. Transition Navigators play an important role in creating a safe, respectful, and supportive environment where participants can work toward stability, healing, independence, and positive change.
This is meaningful work for people who want to make a difference. You will build relationships, provide practical support, encourage participants in their goals, contribute to a safe and welcoming home environment, and be part of a team working to create better outcomes for individuals, families, and our community.
