This is a fun workshop focused on learning. Explore the roots of anger. Recognize your warning signs and learn ways to cope with anger and reduce conflict in your life.
This is a two day program that is NOT coed. It is held in the John Howard Society of Brandon, Inc. building. The upcoming dates for the program are:

This is an anger management program for youth that is provided in two different age ranges - 12 to 14 years old program and 15 years and over program.

This program will be launched beginning in January of 2020. It is an eight-week program that examines such topics as:
This program is runni on an ongoing basis so you can join anytime. Classes are expected to be offered in the day time and evening for ease of access and will be offered as a men's only and a coed group settingfor your comfort. Lastly, this program will run on a "passport" basis where your passport will be stamped at the completion of each session. Once your passport is full, you will receive a letter of completion.
